As a daughter of immigrants, caregiver, and global traveler, I’ve experienced these transitions myself. My design background taught me how to simplify complexity, and I bring that same clarity to notary, apostille, and identity services.

Rhina Ju is the founder of Evergreen Concierge, a relocation-focused public notary and designer offering thoughtful support for documentation, identity, and life transitions.
A second-generation Korean American and certified Trauma of Money® Practitioner, Rhina draws from her lived experience as a daughter of immigrants, caregiver, and global traveler - deeply understanding what it takes to navigate moves across borders, systems, and life stages.
Before founding EVG, she partnered with mission-driven founders and legacy-focused organizations, designing transformational platforms that blend brand storytelling, human-centered design, and wellness. Her background in service design and sensitive care informs the grounded, culturally fluent approach she brings to every visit—with clarity, calm, and presence.
